Reports belong in your organization’s ARIA HOTLINE channel, reachable through the link your employer provided. Messages sent through this website are handled as general correspondence and do not become part of your organization’s case record.

Sensitive information
Do not send protected health information, case narratives, or reporter identity through the contact form or the site assistant. Neither channel is designed for it.
