Assistive system output
ReMyll software conducts structured interviews, organizes records, and compiles assessment responses. System-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and does not constitute a legal conclusion or compliance determination. All operational or regulatory decisions must be reviewed by qualified personnel within your organization.
Record ownership and custody
Your organization remains the sole owner and custodian of its compliance records, and you are responsible for fulfilling your own data retention obligations. ReMyll provides a structured operating layer with export capabilities, but does not guarantee the legal sufficiency of any record or determine what your program must retain.
Confidentiality protection
The ARIA HOTLINE™ architecture is designed so identifying information is not collected by default, and named parties are automatically excluded from the review path. Workforce participants should be aware of two fundamental boundaries: a reporter may voluntarily include identifying details in a narrative, and an individual’s identity may become known through formal investigation or legal process.
No guaranteed outcome
Utilizing ReMyll products does not guarantee a passing survey, favorable audit or investigation results, regulatory approval, insurance coverage, or protection from legal liability. Our tools help you build and document your program, but the program itself remains your responsibility.
