Reporter anonymity protections

When you use an anonymous hotline intake channel through ARIA HOTLINE™, we deploy no advertising, tracking, or cross-site profiling cookies.

Session tokens used during intake exist only to maintain your active session and issue your secure reference code. No personal metadata, internet protocol addresses, or device identifiers are tied to an anonymous report submission.

The cookies we use

Four categories operate across our Services.

AStrictly necessary

Essential for navigation, authentication, and system security. These enable core functions such as loading secure pages and protecting against unauthorized form submissions, and cannot be disabled.

BFunctional

Enable enhanced performance and user settings, such as remembering your preferred layout, dashboard configuration, or display options.

CPerformance and operational metrics

Collect de-identified, aggregated data on site performance, page load times, and errors, so we can maintain platform stability and improve usability.

DSecurity and fraud prevention

Help identify, prevent, and mitigate security threats, automated attacks, and unauthorized access attempts across our architecture.

No data sales and no advertising trackers

ReMyll does not sell, rent, or lease user data. We run no third-party advertising networks, behavioral tracking pixels, or data broker trackers across our platforms or corporate websites.

Two-party consent states: California and Pennsylvania

California and Pennsylvania both require the consent of all parties before a communication is recorded or its contents are disclosed to a third party. The California Invasion of Privacy Act and the Pennsylvania Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act have each been applied to website session recording and third-party tracking technology. Our practices are built so that the consent question does not arise.

No session recordingWe run no session replay, keystroke capture, mouse tracking, or screen recording technology on any ReMyll property.

No third-party pixelsNo advertising, social media, or marketing pixels are embedded in our sites, so no third party receives your browsing activity.

Chat assistantThe website assistant discloses at the point of use that the conversation is recorded by ReMyll. It is a first-party tool. No outside vendor reads, stores, or processes what you type.

Analytics are opt inAnalytics cookies are set only after you choose Accept analytics. Declining leaves strictly necessary cookies in place and nothing else.

Consent is withdrawableYour choice is stored with a timestamp so we can evidence that consent was obtained before anything was set, and you may reverse it at any time.

Scheduling and formsBooking a session opens a scheduling provider in a new window under its own privacy terms. Nothing is transmitted to that provider until you choose to open it.

Consent is requested before any analytics cookie is set, and your choice is recorded with a timestamp. You may change that choice at any time using the cookie preferences link in the footer of this page. California residents also hold rights to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
