Accessibility Statement
Our conformance target for remyll.com, what we have verified, what we know is still open, and how to reach us if something does not work for you.
Conformance target
ReMyll, LLC intends remyll.com to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This statement covers the marketing website only. Each product publishes its own accessibility documentation on its own site, and product conformance is addressed in the customer agreement.
What we have verified
- Text and interactive elements meet a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio against their actual background, including tinted panels, checked against computed styles rather than design tokens.
- Every page carries a language declaration, a single main landmark, a skip link, and one first-level heading.
- Every interactive element shows a visible focus indicator: a 2px outline in the section’s deep value with a 2px offset.
- Links in running text are underlined, so they are identifiable without relying on color.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Decorative marks are hidden from assistive technology.
- Form fields carry a programmatic label, required fields are marked, and consent language sits beside the submit control.
- The cookie notice and the site assistant are announced with a role and label, can be operated by keyboard, and do not trap focus.
- Layouts reflow to a single column below 900 pixels without horizontal scrolling, and touch targets are at least 44 pixels.
Known limitations
- Product screenshots are static images with descriptive alternatives. They do not expose the underlying interface to assistive technology.
- Navigation dropdowns open on hover and on focus. On some screen readers the expanded state may not be announced.
- Session booking opens a third-party scheduling tool whose accessibility we do not control. A written alternative is offered on the same page.
- Downloadable documents in the resource library are supplied as web pages first. Where a print or Word version exists it may not carry equivalent structure.
We review this list on each release and remove items as they are resolved.
How we test
Pages are checked with automated contrast and structure tools against the rendered document, then reviewed by keyboard alone and with a screen reader on at least one desktop and one mobile browser. We do not claim third-party certification.
