How ReMyll handles information collected through remyll.com. Information processed inside the products is governed by the product privacy policies and your signed agreement.
Scope
This policy applies to remyll.com and the pages linked from it. It does not apply to ARIA HOTLINE, Abastyan, or AITPRM Health, each of which has its own privacy policy and is additionally governed by the customer agreement and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement.
Information you give us
Your name, email address, organization, and anything you choose to write in the contact form or the site assistant. If you book a demo, the scheduling service also receives the details you enter to hold the meeting.
Information collected automatically
Pages visited, the page that referred you, approximate region derived from network address, browser and device type, and time of visit. If you accept analytics cookies, this is recorded in aggregate to understand which pages help visitors.
Information we do not want
Do not send protected health information, hotline case narratives, reporter identity, or assessment evidence through this website. If we receive it here, we delete it and direct you to the correct product channel.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for a conversation, send material you asked for, and improve the site. We do not sell contact data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Legal basis
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on your consent for analytics cookies and for optional communications, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and operating a secure website.
Service providers
We use providers to host the site, deliver email, and schedule meetings. Each is engaged under contract, receives only what the service requires, and may not use the information for its own purposes.
Disclosure required by law
We disclose information when law or valid legal process requires it. Where we are permitted to tell you, we will.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept while the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Technical logs are kept on a short rolling window. Analytics data is retained no longer than thirteen months.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your information, to withdraw consent, and to appeal a refusal. Contact us and we will respond within the period applicable law allows. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.
Security
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Children
This site is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

When we make a material change we revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
